I really at one point value your services but after purchasing and having problems yo this date with this Evan bed I no from this point I will never purchase anything again. Mend you I like everything so much I bought living room, beds, from you guys. Yet the problem is I bought a Evan bed headboard footboard frame for Queen size bed they bought wrong size didnt pur headboard up completely it fell headboard leg breaks then waited over a week for new bed then get yhe bed happy satisfied two weeks in I come home from work bed is on the floor the right side is completely broke the railing the left side would is splitting. Im not over 200lbs it should not be broke when no one is home. I called the concourse location to constantly be put on hold or hung up on or no answer I emailed several times had one response then it stop. I have been on the floor with my mattress more than on a frame that was fully paid fore.
I bought almost everything for my house at your Grandconcourse location. Have great review on livingroomset and daughters captain bed my bad not so much. I purchase the Evan bed Queensize and when I first got the bed it came with wrong size frame so delivery had to bring me a new frame in process the headboard and footboard wasnt put up sturdy and headboard fell causing the leg to break. I waited for a little over a week for the frame and new headboard when they came I was over excited because my mattress was on the floor so bed was put together things seemed ok about two weeks in I come home and bed is on the floor the rails that are connected to headboard is split the wood on the right and the left rail is splitting also. I weigh less than 200lbs and no one jumps on my bed and no one was home I have been calling the Grandconcourse location to either be put on hold or phone constantly ringing I emailed the twice so far yet still have no luck. As of now since 3/26 I have been on the floor and still no response and I cant take the day off to go up there I just wanted a decent headboard footboard frame for my bed but I have yet to fully enjoy sleeping on my bed I been on the floor more than in the bed at this point I would like my money back or a decent set.
