Midnight Velvet

On 3/29/17, I placed an order for the Diamond Peplum Suit in size 16W. At the time the order was placed the suit was available. When I received the suit, it was NOT the suit I had ordered and it was a size 12. I immediately called Customer Service. The suit in my requested size was no longer available. I placed an order for a size 16 and that does not fit right. As I said, I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. I spoke to Terri Litp, who was extremely curt to me as a customer. She offered me 25% off my order, if I wanted to get it altered. That would have been approximately $15.00. More trouble than it is worth, to waste time and gas to find the material to match and someone to alter the garment.

I will return both suits, pay off the remainder of my bill and say GOOD BYE to your company. It appears that I am not a valued customer as you claim. I will give your competitors a chance.
