Goodfellas Pizzeria

I had a horrible experience with this place. I order some strombollis. One was buened to crisp. I was sent back and ibwas given a chicken parm in replacement. That was hard and dry. I called the mgr the next morning; spoke to Al the manager he apologized and gave me a $20 credit for my next order this all took place yesterday. So about 5pm to 6pm i called to use my credit. Mind u i have no menu from the first order. So I’m supposed to assume their prices. The person i was speaking with just was not helpful. Al gets on the phone trying to argue with me. He tells me to calm down. Im already upset with the whole deal from my first order. They just can’t it together. Its more than one occasion that this restaurant does not provide good quality food.My meals were never compensated for. The manager Al did not let me speak. He thought i was laughing. He heard some noise in the restaurant and i guess he thought it came from me. I was not laughing. I was focused on getting my food because i wanted my food. He goes on to say. Dont be laughing my husband looking at me like what is this man talking about. This needs to be rectafide. I was never compensated for my order being destroyed. Al cancelled my $20 credit and refused to let me place my order. Really this can’t be acceptable for a business. Can someone please reach out to me. My cell # is 954-549-5571.
