Famous Hair

When and got my hair dyed and they dyed the top half a totally different color than what I wanted. The manager that did my hair mind you was the only stylist in the store let the bleach on my my hair for to long which cause scabs and a inflamed scalp I want back up there to to get a refund when she said that they didn’t do refunds I would have to talk to a 1 800 number. All she did all day Sunday when I was in there was bitch about the people coming in to gwt hair cuts which she would tell them to write there name and number down and she would call them when she was free tha would tell me she wasn’t calling them and that she wasn’t their secretary. She fixed my hair some what to where I am not so embarrassed to walk around with it. I DO NOT Think this crappy job was worth 185 dollars seeing as when u went in today she put my hair color right back where it was. And she changed me for a hair cut I did not ask for. She also did not tell me how much it was going to be before she did my hair. And she asked me about if I tipped. This is horrible behavior from a manager. This was at the Cartersville, GA location. I deserve a refund
