crappy work and damage

i went to the autobell on tryon st in charlotte it looked like they did nothing and my car had chips in it i called to complain and the lady said that someone would call me she also asked for my ticket number but the guy told me that they needed it no one has called me my interior was dirty i paid 23.00 for nothing and got a chip job on top of it i’m going to a lawyer

crappy and negligent

they were supposed to clean my car and not only did they not clean it they chipped it took my ticket i called auto bell and must have gotten someone that worked there because i have not received a call they asked for my ticket number but the guy told me he needed it i was going home and looked in my cup holders nothing was cleaned just the surface i will never go ther again out of the money and got my car damaged

I stopped at the AutoBell location on Monroe Rd near Wendover (Charlotte NC)Friday March 3, 2017 to have my car washed & cleaned and Sat morning as I went to open my driver side door, my handle almost came off!!!! I’d noticed as my 89 yr. old Uncle & I sat in the waiting area that the 2 young men working on the car kept looking up toward the waiting area like they wondered if I’d seen what happened..When the handle almost came off in my hand Sat morning March 4th, I realized why they’d been doing that & of course, the driver door was open when they waved us that they were done so I didnt notice it immediately (and since it was 6:45-7P by the time we left the location, it was dark when we pulled into the driveway at home thereby not seeing the handle that same evening to be able to report it)- Unfortunately being full-time caregiver, my weekend was taken up with duties & today is the 1st opportunity to be able to sit down to report this..

It’s disgusting to me as a long time AutoBell customer that 1 of the young men didn’t say something before I was given the keys & drove off – they acted like everything was just fine!! Very deceptive, makes me not want to patronize this business & causes me to question the integrity of these employees( and management as well if this is how they are trained to deal with situations they face when something has gone off track)…
